Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawal & Refunds

At Leap-ei, we understand that circumstances may change, and families may need to withdraw their child from our program. Please review the following guidelines regarding withdrawal and refund procedures:

Withdrawal Notice: Parents or guardians are required to provide a written notice at least 3 months in advance if they decide to withdraw their child from Leap-ei.

Refund Eligibility: Refunds are considered based on the following criteria:

- Full refund: If withdrawal notice is given at least 3 months before the intended withdrawal date.

- No refund: If withdrawal notice is provided less than 3 months before the intended withdrawal date.


Non-Refundable Fees: The enrollment fee is non-refundable. It is used to secure your child’s spot in our school or on the waitlist in all spots are full at the time of registration. 


Pro-rated Refunds: Tuition fees may be pro-rated for the days attended if withdrawal occurs within a month.


Medical Withdrawals: In case of a medical necessity that requires immediate withdrawal, a pro-rated refund may be considered, subject to review and approval.


Security Deposit: The security deposit, equivalent to one month's tuition, may be applied to the last month's tuition if a 30-day withdrawal notice is provided. If proper notice is not given, the security deposit will be forfeited.


Refund Processing: Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within [specific number of days] after the withdrawal date.


Unused Prepaid Tuition: In the event of prepaid tuition for future months, a pro-rated refund will be issued for the unused portion.
