Closures Policy

We strive to provide a reliable and consistent schedule for our families while respecting the need for breaks and holidays. Please review our policy regarding holidays and closures:

Scheduled Holidays: We observe major holidays and may be closed on days such as New Year's Day, Independence Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. The specific holiday schedule will be communicated well in advance, allowing parents to plan accordingly.

Closure Notices: Any additional closures, such as professional development days or unforeseen circumstances, will be communicated promptly through email and Remind. We appreciate your understanding and flexibility during these instances.

Billing Adjustments: Tuition fees for holidays and closures are factored into the overall annual fee. Therefore, regular tuition rates apply regardless of scheduled closures.

Extended Closures: In the rare instance of an extended closure due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., inclement weather, health-related concerns), we will make every effort to provide alternative learning resources.

Communication: Our families will be informed of any changes to the regular schedule via Remind, including email, notices, and our website. Please ensure your contact information is up-to-date.
