Attendance & Tardiness

At Leap-ei, we prioritize the safety, well-being, and educational experience of each child in our care. Regular attendance is crucial for fostering a consistent and enriching learning environment. Please review our attendance policy below:

Regular Attendance: Children are expected to attend regularly to benefit fully from our educational programs. 

Punctuality: Please ensure that your child arrives on time for their scheduled sessions to maximize their engagement in learning activities. 

Absences: In the event of your child's absence, kindly notify us as soon as possible. Extended absences due to illness or other circumstances should be communicated in advance. 

Extended Leave: If your child requires an extended leave for reasons such as vacations, please inform us in advance. 

Illness: For the health and well-being of all children and staff, please keep your child at home if they are unwell. If your child displays signs of illness during the day, we may request you to pick them up promptly. 

Late Pick-Up: Please adhere to the pick-up schedule. Late pick-ups may result in additional charges. 

Communication: Open communication between parents and our staff is vital. If you anticipate any attendance-related challenges, please discuss them with us. We are here to support your child's educational journey. 

**Tuition is due regardless of absences including illness, personal vacations, and irregular attendance.**
